Yes! This workshop is for anyone that would like to dive into holistic selfcare but doesn't know where to start:)

Techniques we'll be working on are amazing for both; either for diminishing signs of aging or simply preventative  

* 3-4h of fun learning - (it goes by really fast)

* Bian GuaSha tool + kinesiology beauty tape

* following our work shop you'll be invited to join  15 day challenge - short videos will be posted each day to refresh the techniques

* 2 stage work shop:

(cost: $425) = work shop +  90min holistic facial

1st we meet for one on one class 

* 2h long

* we'll go trough all the  techniques 

* it includes Gua Sha tool + kinesiology beauty tape

2nd we book you in for 90min holistic facial - which will allow you to "feel" the techniques 

Anna's studio 

*please come with no make up ( eye make up is ok)

* wear comfortable cloths (we'll change to a very cozy robe or kimono)  

* there will be snack/drink bar
